Situation Comedy by Ken Ludwig who also wrote Lend Me A Tenor. Opened on Broadway in 1995 Moon Over Buffalo takes place in 1953. Two traveling actors have very different aspirations. She dreams of being a Hollywood film star while he believes that stage acting is superior to film. Filled with mistaken identies and love triangles, Cyrano de Bergerac shows up in a production of Private Lives, the lead falls into the orchestra pit and a hard of hearing mother adds to the confusion. There's some sexual innuendo but overall it's fun for the whole family if everyone is 13 or older.
